Persecution Project’s Safe Water Emergency Borehole Repair team recently reported that they have completed the 99th repair in 2025, putting us on track for another record year in providing safe, clean water to Nuba families in Sudan.

More than 80 percent of all disease in the Nuba is traced to contaminated water supplies. Every functional safe water well is a major victory for public health in these communities.
