I recently woke up to a batch of messages on my phone from Brad.
Knowing what this probably meant, I quickly opened my messenger app.
I was right. Brad sent dozens of photos from the latest Persecution Project outreach to the Agiri Resettlement Camp in the Nuba mountains of Sudan.

The photos were amazing, and I have included some in this post to encourage you.
It was towards the end of May when we sent out an urgent appeal for help in procuring more emergency shelter tarps for the women and children of Agiri.
And you responded.
We quickly raised enough funds to cover the purchase and delivery of enough tarps to shelter 2,300 additional families this rainy season. Every step of the way, God removed obstacles.

Even the weather cooperated. The rains, which began in late May, suddenly broke for a couple of weeks, keeping the roads dry enough for a quick transit. After the latest distribution concluded, the sky opened up and it poured for days. Our 4×4 vehicles were under water above the windshield!
These events are just wonderful reminders to us that God wants us to do this work. And He wants you to have the privilege of being a part of this miracle of love.

What a privilege!
Please pray that God will continue to provide the help we need to reach our goal of sheltering 5,000 additional families.
Not many people in the world have even heard of the Agiri Resettlement Camp. There are still fewer who know about the women and children sheltering there— or their tragic history. But God chose to tell us, because He wants us to be His hands and feet to the Nuba people at this time.
Just $30 is all it takes to shelter one Nuba family from the wind and rain.
