Persecution Project’s Field Team recently reported more successful outreaches in two Nuba counties. The team distributed action packs to 6,000 displaced families. Each pack contains items to help a family get settled into a new area, including clothes, cooking pots, soap, mosquito nets, shoes, etc.
In addition to action packs, 12,000 BP-5 emergency food packets were distributed. The team also distributed heavy duty shelter tarps to 3,500 families.
Each family served also received a Bible to provide spiritual encouragement from the local church, which helped oversee the distributions.
These families were served because the church in America partnered with its brothers and sisters in Sudan to help the marginalized and persecuted. Needs were met, because God worked through your Active Compassion.
Thank you.
