“He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with nobles, and inherit a seat of honor…” (1Samuel 2:8)
Abdelaziz has cerebral palsy, which is challenging enough in a first world country. But can you imagine living with this disability your whole life in the rural, undeveloped, war-torn Nuba mountains of Sudan?
This past summer, Abdelaziz crawled over to greet the PPF team. He said he was a farmer, who spends most of his time during the rainy season planting seeds for people’s gardens.
Abdelaziz heard that we had given several polio victims hand-powered tricycles, and he begged us to give one to him.
We didn’t have one with us at the time, but we promised to help him as soon as we could. That promise was finally fulfilled before Christmas, 2016, and you’ve never seen a man so grateful!
Abdelaziz’s life has been forever changed by God working through your generosity in supporting PPF. Thank you for caring!
